1. Do you travel for Photography?

I’m Derby-based and happy to travel for bookings. Please note that travel expenses will be charged separately from any package deals.

2.How do I book a session with you?

It’s super easy! Just drop me a message through my contact form, social media, or email. We’ll have a quick chat about what you’re looking for, dates, and any ideas you have. Once we’ve agreed on a plan, I’ll confirm your booking with a deposit.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens — I totally get it! If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll sort out a new date that works for both of us. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot may result in the deposit being non-refundable, as I set that time aside just for you.

4.When will I get my photos?

I usually deliver edited images within 3–4 weeks, depending on the type of shoot. I’ll always keep you updated.

5. Who owns the images and how can they be used?

The photographer retains the copyright to all images taken. Images may be used by the photographer for their own business purposes, such as portfolio use, marketing, sample products, editorial features, and display on the photographer’s website or social media. By booking, the client agrees to this use and releases the photographer from any related claims. If any images include a child or children, the client confirms they are the parent or legal guardian and gives permission for the images to be used in the same way. Images will never be used to promote another business without the client’s written permission. Images may not be duplicated, edited, or altered without the photographer’s consent.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! I love when clients bring their own ideas. If there are certain poses, styles, or moments you’d like captured, just let me know before or during the shoot. I’ll always do my best to include them while keeping everything natural and relaxed.

7. How should I prepare for my photoshoot?

Try to get a good night’s sleep, choose outfits that make you feel confident, and bring any props or accessories you’d like to include. Don’t worry about posing — I’ll guide you through it and make sure you feel relaxed and natural on the day.

8. How far in advance should I book a shoot?

It’s best to book as early as possible, especially during busy seasons like summer and Christmas. A few weeks’ notice is usually enough, but I’ll always try to fit you in if I can.
